How do I activate my subscription after payment?

After you subscribe and make payment, access is automatically added to your account and you can start using it right away.

Can I edit my Google Sheet freely?

Yes, you can edit the expenses in your Google Sheet and they’ll reflect in the bot. Just don’t move anything as it may break the structure.

What rewards can I redeem with YMM Coins?

You can redeem free subscription months — including 1, 3, 6, or 12 months using your YMM Coins.

What happens if I miss a day?

You can revive your streak with coins (up to 3 days) or use the /checkin command to prolong your streak if you don’t have any expenses to log.

Yes. Your expense data is stored in your own Google Sheet, so you maintain full ownership and control. We only store minimal data, such as your Telegram ID and subscription status, necessary for the bot to function. We never access your Google Sheet without your explicit command. Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. TeleExpense does not require your internet banking login or bank account access. Automatic expense tracking works through transaction alert emails, which are used to prepare expenses for your review and confirmation.

Can I migrate from TeleFinance Tracker Bot?

TeleFinance and TeleExpense use different Google Sheets and are not compatible. You’ll need to set up a new sheet when switching over.

Can I try the bot first?

Yes! You can start the bot and get a 30-day trial for just $1. Some features are limited during the trial.

What is the Couple Plan and how does it work?

The Couple Plan gives two users 1 year of TeleExpense plans at a discounted price. Each user gets their own bot access linked to their Telegram ID, and both can use it individually or share a single Google Sheet for joint tracking. Features are identical to Individual plans, it’s just more affordable together.

Can I use the bot on multiple devices?

Yes, you can use the bot on any device with Telegram. Just log in with your Telegram account and you’re good to go.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

All purchases are considered non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds beyond the 7-day window are evaluated case-by-case.

I just want to buy the Google Sheet, can I do that?

You can purchase the Google Sheet separately at Kofi . However, the Google Sheet will not receive automated updates or support.
