1. Subscription & Access
TeleExpense Tracker is a Telegram-based expense tracking bot offered by Youth Money Mojo SG. Access to the bot requires an active subscription managed through Stripe.

TeleExpense may offer different subscription plans, including a limited-feature trial, 6-month subscription, 12-month subscription, and couple subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to process recurring payments according to your selected subscription plan. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the customer portal provided by TeleExpense or Stripe.

2. What You Get
Trial users may receive access to a limited set of features. An active paid subscription grants access to the full set of TeleExpense Tracker features available under your plan.

These features may include expense and income tracking, Google Sheet integration, recurring transactions, email-based auto-tracking, receipt image reading, AI-powered categorisation, monthly reports, gamification, streak rewards, YMM Coins, referrals, and future improvements.

Without an active subscription, users will not be able to access the core functionality of the bot.

3. Pricing & Grandfathered Plans
Prices may change from time to time. Updated pricing will apply to new users and new purchases made after the change takes effect. Existing users who have already paid for an active subscription will retain access for the duration of their current subscription period.

Where applicable, older pricing or grandfathered plans may be honoured at our discretion. We reserve the right to update, remove, or replace plans, promotions, discounts, or regional pricing at any time.

4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are not guaranteed and will be evaluated solely at our discretion. YMM Coin redemptions, referral rewards, promotional access, and free access extensions are non-refundable and have no cash value.

5. Fair Usage Policy
TeleExpense is intended for personal finance tracking and reasonable personal use. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or revoke access in cases of excessive usage, automated abuse, misuse of AI/OCR features, attempts to overload the system, or behaviour that negatively affects service reliability.

6. Email Auto-Tracking
If you enable email-based auto-tracking, you are responsible for forwarding only relevant transaction alert emails to your assigned TeleExpense tracking alias. TeleExpense will process supported emails to extract transaction details for expense tracking purposes.

You should not forward sensitive personal emails, unrelated correspondence, or information that is not required for expense tracking. We may limit, disable, or modify email auto-tracking if it is misused or if third-party email or bank alert formats change.

7. AI, OCR & Reports
TeleExpense may use AI or OCR services to support features such as receipt reading, expense categorisation, spending insights, and monthly reports. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate and should be reviewed by the user before relying on them.

We may update, limit, replace, or remove AI-powered features depending on cost, availability, accuracy, or third-party provider changes.

8. YMM Coins & Redemption
Users may earn or receive YMM Coins through eligible activities, streaks, milestones, referrals, or promotions. YMM Coins may be used to redeem selected in-app rewards or access extensions where available.

Each redeemed month of access, where applicable, equals 30 calendar days added to your current access period. YMM Coins are not legal tender, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred between accounts.

9. Referral Programme & Promo Codes
TeleExpense may offer referral rewards, promo codes, discounts, or affiliate incentives. Promo codes are subject to their stated terms and may be limited to one-time use, non-stackable, or restricted by account, region, or campaign.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, abuse of promo codes, misleading promotion, or attempts to manipulate referral rewards are prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel rewards, withhold payouts, revoke access, or terminate accounts involved in abuse.

10. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect access already paid for during the current billing period.

11. Support
Customer support is offered on a best-effort basis through our support channels, including Telegram or email where applicable. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee a fixed response time.

12. Data Ownership & Responsibility
You retain ownership of your Google Sheet and its contents. By using TeleExpense Tracker, you grant the bot permission to read from and write to your specified Google Sheet solely for the purpose of expense tracking, report generation, and related bot functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Google Sheet, Telegram account, and forwarded transaction alerts are accurate and properly configured.

13. Transfer of Access
Subscriptions, rewards, YMM Coins, and account access are tied to your Telegram User ID and are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by us.

14. Service Availability
We strive to keep TeleExpense available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, bugs, hosting issues, third-party outages, Telegram changes, Google Sheets API changes, Stripe issues, AI provider changes, email provider issues, or other external platform changes.

If service is disrupted because of platform changes beyond our control, we will use reasonable efforts to restore functionality or provide an alternative solution where practical.

15. Service Changes & Feature Updates
TeleExpense is an actively developed product. We may add, modify, limit, rename, replace, or remove features at any time, including AI features, email auto-tracking, reports, referral rewards, YMM Coins, gamification, subscription plans, or supported banks.

Continued use of the bot after such changes means you accept the updated service experience.

16. Service Termination & Sunset Clause
In the event that TeleExpense Tracker is permanently discontinued, we may provide refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements at our discretion for active paid subscriptions.

Any refund consideration will take into account the remaining unused subscription period. Access obtained through YMM Coin redemptions, referral rewards, promotional access, or free extensions is not eligible for refund.

17. Payment Processing
Payments and subscriptions are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, email address, country, and other information required to process payments, renew subscriptions, prevent fraud, localise pricing, and comply with applicable laws.

Prices may vary depending on your location, currency, taxes, promotions, and regional pricing settings. Final prices will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

18. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TeleExpense Tracker, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the bot, abuse referral or reward systems, use the bot for unlawful purposes, or submit content that is fraudulent, harmful, or unrelated to personal expense tracking.

19. Limitation of Liability
TeleExpense Tracker is provided as a personal finance tracking tool and should not be considered financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing your own records and making your own financial decisions.

We are not liable for losses, errors, missed entries, inaccurate AI outputs, Google Sheet issues, Telegram delivery issues, third-party service disruptions, subscription renewal issues, or decisions made based on information generated by the bot.

20. Acceptance of Terms
By using TeleExpense Tracker, subscribing to a plan, connecting your Google Sheet, enabling email auto-tracking, uploading receipts, redeeming YMM Coins, or participating in referrals, you agree to these terms in full.

21. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TeleExpense Tracker means you accept the updated terms.
